Public Relations Specialist Track

Work on actual public relations campaigns for diverse clients across industries, from transportation infrastructure projects to community organizations. Learn by doing, with guidance from experienced communications professionals.

Graduate with a Florida Department of Education registered apprenticeship certificate through the MAS COMM Public Relations Apprenticeship Program, the first of its kind in Florida. This credential proves you’ve mastered the competencies required for professional PR practice.

Complete PR Skill Set

Learn media relations, content creation, strategic planning, social media management, crisis communications, community engagement, event coordination, stakeholder relations, and strategic communications, everything you need for a successful PR career. Special emphasis on infrastructure and transportation communications strategies.

How It Works

  • 2,500 hours of paid on-the-job training working on real client campaigns and projects (approximately 18 months of full-time work)
